AilaFlow is a collaborative low-code workspace where people and AI agents design, automate, and execute business processes together.

Follow this path to go from a fresh installation to your first working process:

Install AilaFlow

• Install with npm — Install the CLI and start a local instance.

Configure AilaFlow

• Configure an LLM provider — Connect AilaFlow to the AI provider you want to use.

How AilaFlow works

• Admins build the workspace. Administrators use AI to create and manage the processes that define how work gets done. Regular users execute the processes available to them.

• Processes are permission-aware. Administrators decide which processes are available to specific users or groups. Selected actions can remain human-only so sensitive decisions, approvals, and operations stay under explicit human control.

• Every user works with their own AI. Each user has a personal AI chat that understands requests and can execute the processes available to them.

• Human-AI interfaces use the same processes. A process can be operated through AI chat or provide its own HTML interface and forms for desktop and mobile. People and AI act through the same underlying workflow.

• Process code runs in isolated sandboxes. Scripts and integrations run in separate environments. Processes can use Node.js and npm packages while execution remains isolated from the host and other sandboxes.

AilaFlow can also fit into existing team workflows through Slack and Telegram.
