Build your first process

Creating a process in AilaFlow is straightforward. The Admin assistant understands the context of your AilaFlow system and can help with every action required to build a process tailored to your needs.

The Admin assistant is available on every page in the administrator section of the AilaFlow Portal.

The Admin assistant requires an advanced coding and reasoning model, such as Kimi 3, GPT-5.6 Sol, or Opus 4.8. The quality of the processes it creates and the assistance it provides depends on the quality of the selected model.

To see the Admin assistant in action, open any page in the administrator section and paste this prompt:

Hey Aila!

I want to create a test process called /count_letters that accepts $text
(a string), counts the letters and paragraphs in the provided text, and
returns the statistics in $stats.

Please create a start form for the process and a form for its return step,
both in a Nintendo Classic style.
